Description:

Low Temperature All-metal Stirling Engine Model Toy for Developing Intelligence

EASY OPERATION: Set this engine over a mug of boiling water; wait for 20 seconds; give the flywheels a gently turn; it will be smooth-running quietly and slowly for around 20-30 minutes. Power piston goes with faint sounds when the flywheels is rotating, which even quieter than the tick tock sounds of your clock. This model needs a relatively high operating differential between the two panels (we will explain why in description), so taking BOILING WATER as heat source is a must.
UNIQUE AND GRACEFUL: Twin flywheels are totally symmetrical on both sides of the nicely curved arm and run simultaneously when you give them a gentle turn. Hollow-out parts cut into flower shape beautifies its appearance a lot. 4 aluminum alloy feet & 4 golden fasteners on the top panel truly give this silver engine a more eye-catching appearance. Special anodizing treatment ensures this engine shining for years. It will be a great ornament on your desk.
AN ENGINE WITH FINEST WORKMANSHIP & MATERIAL: Essential parts all made by SUJ2 bearing steel are of precision up to 0.002mm tolerance. Ultra high hardness alloy with high-precision size enables those parts to be wear-resistant and interact with each other smoothly. The bent rod is of high hardness after the heat treatment, strongly stable to keep 2 aluminum alloy flywheels perfectly in the right position. Its designed to, and we do hope and believe it will, accompany you for years!
WIDE APPLICATIONS: It will be a great conversation starter for everyone around you; a cool desktop piece amazing your friends and colleagues; a great gadget to kill time when boring; a relaxing stress relief physics toy for people in the office; an impressive gift for your families, friends, especially for engineering/physics lovers. It can be used for teaching physics, great to display basic principles of a Stirling engine and to show the art of design.
FANTASTIC GIFT FOR EVERYONE: If youre always stuck in a choice that prepares a unique gift for someone you love, this shinning engine could be a remarkable one impressing them, gorgeous and funny. Especially for those who owned a Stirling engine before, you should try this one and I guess you will not feel regretful.

Working Temperature Differential of this engine is around 40-50C/72-90F, much higher compare to our other engines. The main reason is we use a power piston made by bearing steel other than glass! Weight of the power piston is about 26.5g/0.93oz while a glass one is about 6.5g/0.23oz.

To play this engine, simply pour boiling water into your mug, wait for 20 seconds, then give the flywheels a gentle push, it will then rotate by itself for about 20-30 minutes. I don't know what will you do with the engine, for me, every morning when I get to my office, after making sure my boss is not somewhere nearby, I will put mine on mug and watch it rotate for a while.

It is not designed for kids. If you are a starter at Stirling engine I do not suggest this one; if the one you send it as a gift to is not very close to you I do not suggest this one too since it is expensive. In both cases you have wide choices of LTDs in our store. This is an engine that will accompany you or those you love for years. If it is a gift, he/she will think about you every morning:-)

Its not necessary to lubricate any parts to get it going faster. Finest material with finest workmanship ensure its durability. This is an engine work in good condition for many years without lubrication.
