Description:

Suction Fire Type Stirling Engine Model Hot Air Stirling Model

Features:

.Improved Design: The engine with side inlet is improved. The brass cylinder is durable and long lasting. Brass bracket and brass flywheel (similar products on the market are made of aluminum without surface treatment, which will be black over time) to make the whole machine shiny gold, and look high end. The core parts are brass and stainless steel, the materials are exquisite and the structure is simple
.Stable Performance: Aluminum alloy bottom plate and plexiglass double bottom plate solves the problem of deformation of the previous heated bottom plate, giving consideration to both appearance and durability. Through technical improvement, the Stirling model has better start-up performance and stability, and is easy to maintain
.Parameter: Flywheel diameter is 65mm. The length of air cylinder is 50mm. Diameter of cylinder is 22mm. Piston stroke is 26mm. Speed range is 100-400r/min
.Fuel: 95% alcohol should be used in the operation (not included), not water, kerosene, gasoline, lighter oil, liquor.
.How to Start and warm up: Put the engine model, then light the alcohol lamp. Adjust the position of the flame and turn the flywheel to warm up. The position of the nozzle will condense droplets of water, and if the flywheel is swiveled, it's going to create resistance as the piston expands. When you keep spinning the flywheel for a minute or two, the drag will decrease, and then the flywheel will start working flexibly. Speed up after 3 minutes. Run for 10 to 15 minutes and blow out the seedlings to cool the model
.Meaning and Value: By operating the engine, you would observe and know the operational process and more intuitive understanding of the operating principle of stirling engine, deepening your interest in physics; Its superior quality and exquisite appearance also make it of high collection value, which can be used as high-end decorations or gifts. Suitable for people over 14 years old. The product has been assembled and can be used directly
.Warm Tips: Be careful not to get hot during operation. Do not clean engine at high temperature
